My name is Subhash Mishra and I am customer of Bharat gas distributor Oorja Agencies. As per navbharat times Dt-13-01 the cylinders will be book in seconds, customers can book cylinder after delivery also and cylinders will be deliver in 48 hours but as per Oorja Agencies they deliver cylinder in 10 days and BPCL is unable to take any action against this agencies and as per oorja agencies navbharat times are telling lie. Please help us to sort this problems.
