Hi Sir,
I had given my mobile handset (Sony Ericsson W595) for servicing at Bharathis in Bangalore at their Madiwala showroom. The phone had a display problem. They returned the phone within one day, on 14/12, saying that the display has been replaced. They charged me Rs.1700/- for this. Within a week (on 20/12) the display again went off. I took the mobile to their showroom, but they were not ready to take any responsibility and even accused me of tampering the mobile.
A mobile servicing center should be accountable for their work, at least for a week.
Please take necessary action and let me know if i need to do anything more.
