I Nirmal Singh had purchased a samsung 29" ctv from wal mart with invoice no. 21954703003 dated 9-05-10. Before purchasing it i ask the salesmen to open the box & to show me the tv & its remote since its box is damaged from one corner but he said that the tv is ok & did'nt open the box, moreover he first give me a tv which I had not finalised. Thinking that a big store like this will not do any froud I brought it home without opening the box. But when i open the box i found that corner broken. When i complaint this to them they said that we are not responsible for this & can't replace the piece. I want to ask them what is my fault because i had asked there salesmen to show the piece & he ignore it. I am very much harrased by this issue & from such a big store which is famous for its customer satisfaction in whole world.
plz resolve this issue as early as possible.
