BIGADDA BLD 3 BATTERY
Mobile Battery not received after 3 months

My Name is Krushang Sonar, from Ahmadabad, Gujarat. I bought two battery BLD 3 from Bigadda website by online payment on 28-08 and 27-08 for 199/- Rs each battery. Now its Almost more than 3 months passed, still i don't received any battery from them, i called several times and i cancelled one order out of two, but still there is no refund back to my account and also not received any battery. Whenever i call to customer care they just answered that it comes in next 7-8 business day.

And second order no 100017915 which one i cancelled by calling customer care.
