Sub standard products

This company is a sham - set up as a face by some one upto cheat people. They send only faulty substabdard products that won't sell at retailers - and they don't even care about responding to customer complaints. This company does not have any products/retail chain of its own!! Once orderded, they take every detail of your credit card including the CVV, and then they purchae the product from other sites and send it to you!!! The packaging brears all the details of where they bought it from i.e. they don;'t have any established business network of their own! All they have is a web page. Even the credit card authorization is a manual process - not online - can you imagine?!!! I got stuck with a stuff just because they "had" the product exactly around mothers day time and other sites did not. Now I am left with a junk and lot of remorse...
