PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED

My Order number is 100024024 and I placed an order on 30th October.

On 9th November I received a mail from support group of Bigadda stating that my order is approved and would be disptached in 10 days..

After the lapse of 10 days I tried calling their customer care which is always busy and also the other numbers are "Out of Order".

The support email id does not have any response. I see that all the customers have the same issue and people are losing faith in online shopping because of such fraud websites. I think BIGADDA should be taken to court for just gobbling up people's money and now all the numbers and email id are out of order or the emails bounce back.
