with reference to above order, the delivered Gfive AP3 TV Mobile has a fault one.. The product has not worked for even single day. A complaint through mobile has been already delivered. After that many times we are contacting bigadda office but each time their personals assure that it will be replaced within 8 days after getting confirmation from bigadda head office. But inspite of more than 1 and half month no action has been taken. Now I have lost almost half of warranty period and it is forcing me to go for a legel action action against BIG ADDA and give a wide publicity through facebook and other social networks about its fake assurances.

Reply me soon. Other wise ready to face consequences.
