I purchased a Samsung galaxy note phone from big bazaar on 29 th of January.. And requested for a soft copy of the bill.. It just requires seconds to send it.. But its been more than than 10 days and. I have not received the copy and.the person keeps telling I ll send it. And no proper response. the employees name is ranganath. I purchased the phone from lido branch of Bangalore.. Pls respond to this complaint as soon as possible.and send me the soft copycopy
