I have bought 2 Air Conditioners (one 1 ton and one 1.5 ton) from Big Bazaar-Salt Lake. The sales guys of the store pushed me to take this brand as the market feed is v.good and they will take good care of after sales service.

Unfourtunately both a/cs are not working from the very day of installation.

More unfourtunately they did'nt provide any contact no of service centre.

More More Unfourtunate that the Future group web site does not even contain their own store's phone no updated (Salt lake one). Even non of the store could provide me Salt Lake store phone no.

Some how I managed to get a mobile no of an employee of the said store from the installation agency. Rakesh was the employee's name. When I called up he promissed to call me back with in 2 mins. Never called me back. Even when am calling not picking up.

DO WE THE CUSTOMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO LOGGED A COMPLAIN???
