Dear Sir / Madam

I was purchased a Home Theater (Koryo KHT 7000) from Big Bazaar on 15th Aug

Now it is giving bad quality of sound.

So I contacted to the Big Bazaar they suggested me to bring a Home Theater at Big Bazaar. I had given the Home Theater at Big Bazaar on 24th Nov. But till date (16th Dec) it was not repaired. Then I was contacted to Koryo customer care on toll free no.1800 425 77 22 . They told me that it was done by their Engineer.

But still it was not repaired. The customer care of the Big Bazaar said that it was pending for the part. This will be come from Bangalore. I heard this thing from last 20 Days. This is Very Bad experience of Big Bazaar’s service.
