HI,
I had purchased a washing machine on 21st january with the promise from the staff that, the product would be delivered by 1pm on 22nd january. I had clearly informed them i would be travelling on 22nd, so make sure you deliver it on time otherwise, i can check somewhere else due to my time constraints.
On 22nd, they i had to call them to find out my delivery status. after calling them 5-10 times, they say they would deliver it by 145.. i wait and wait, at 2 i call them, they say another 15 mins more, and then their driver calls and says 1 more hour.. i called their manger and informed, he says he can;t do anything about it... how useless is their service??
i need compensation for my calls, missing my flight and false promise.
