Hi BIG BAZAAR shoppers
Please check your bills when you shop from BIG BAZAAR MALAD WEST outlet (opp malad west station)
The outlet overcharges you on many items sometimes more than Rs 10-15 per item.
I shopped last evening and on checking the bill against the actual products i found 6 items where the price was higher than the actual price of the product. They extra charge ca range from Rs 5 to Rs 20 per product on my bill.
When you approach customer service they willing return the extra money charged without checking the product. This made me realise that they too must be aware of the extra money charged.
Please be careful . check your bills and dont be robbed of your hard earned money.
If they overcharge you by 25 per person imagine the amount of profit they make each day with thousands shopping at the outlet each day.
