Refund My Payment

Dear sir,

I have place a order through online shopping site Naaptol.com My order no was 3190016 of Product- Blackberry 8830 CDMA GSM Mobile Handset. On 07th Jan'12 i have received my parcel and received but the wrong product. In my order I required working mobile those I gift it to my friend on his birthday but i got a damage hand set & i lost my image there, their family members & friends laughing on me.

I have complaint with the product and call on his customer care no. 9223526148 and told that at the time of order & she told me for send them an written mail those I was done on 21 Feb.12.

There tele-calling CC Executive told that they will short out the matter in 2-3 working days. but i was not getting any feedback from them. After waiting their response I called your customer care no. again then they gives me below address & told me for dispatch the courier at below address. Below mention Mumbai Address

She told me that the working product will be sent you after checking or repair, if not then after receive your parcel we will refund your money within 10 days.

Sir i want your help against this case. this is not the matter of only Rs. 5298/- This is the cheating to a consumer. we have order any product to see the catalog or there online presentations. But after order & payment we get the damage product or not to be similar or same as required then what to do & there no body can help or cooperate for solve this matter. I call there many times but not body clear the matter.

I told to executives if not short out the matter then clear us I filed the case in consumer court at least other peoples are not to be cheat with online shopping but they are not serious about this.

when we I want to complaint against these type of online shopping companies which were cheated to customer. Please response me ASAP.
