I bought a new handset "strom2" BLACKBERRY 9520 which is suppose to be world's no 1 product, 2 months back. However, I am disoppointed after a month as lot of lines started appearing on display. Every lines are increasing and display is becoming poor.
The handset is getting oftenly hanged and manytimes doesn't respond to any key for 10-15 minutes. Its a critical & serious issue. During crical time the handset is hanged and doesn't run.
I would like to have the replacement of handset with good software support.
