Dear Sir / Mam,
I am using blackberry hand set since 9 months. In this last 9 months i went to blackberry service center 3 times for format my hand set. Specially my sms (short message Service) get hang and then every time i have to format the software and get start. In this case i loose my data and not satisfied with this.
