Software problem

Dear sir,

This is inform you that i am having my Black Berry hand set having IMEI NO 357239035404923

hand over to the thane m/s CCOM TELECOMUNICATION PVT LTD.

work order NO TEC/BB/10/00708 DT 22FEB

My hand set is showing error 523, which is suppose to be software problem.

to solve the software problem your people asked 16 days to update the same.

I just shocked to know that there is no facilty available at mumbai for the software problem of BLACK BERRY.

as per CCOM TELECOMUNICATION PVT LTD the hand set to be sent to BANGLURU for repairing.

till date i have not rcd any feed back from the company.
