New phone given by company but the same problem still persists

Dear Sir/ Maam

I have bought a blackberry 8520 on 31st july my imei no 359430033116241 and from mid of november my phone after every 5 to 10days have been getting submitted for repair as the phone use to get heated up and battery use to drain in 5 to 6 hours. On 20th jan i was given a replacement from your side from khar service center mumbai my new imeino is 351969041334948 today morning at 9am when i left for office i had 100% battery in my phone and by 2 pm my phone battery got completely drained out and my phone was again getting heated up and phone the phone started showing unexpected error again and again. Now i am totally fed up with the phone and i want an upgradation from your side of the model and i am ready to pay the difference also. I have mailed the same complaint to the blackberry customer care and Mr. Shiv Kumar regarding the same but still there is no response from there side about the mail

I request you to please look into my matter as soon as possible and give a revert to me by phone call and email also.
