I have purchased blackberry curve 8520 from spice retail ltd.
Its imei no is 355988043202994.
All of a sudden while I was in my office I saw that my phone screen
got white, than I restarted my phone, it showed the blackberry sign
and than again its display went completely white.
I went to satyam communication at j-40 1st floor, near csm, sector 18
noida u.P. There people asked my problem got it checked by their
technician and told that its under warranty and it will be done free
of cost from the head office and took my handset and issued me a job
sheet on 10/05 stating that it will be done within 10 to 15 days.
There was no scratch on my screen or over my phone they took it and
said it will be done under warranty, but all of a sudden I get a call
from satyam communication of some guy named wilson, he talked very
rudely and said your phone will not be repaired under warranty as its
display is broken, I asked him that when you got it checked by your
technician and issued me a job sheet you people mentioned that it will
be covered under waranty and there is no tampering or damage in the
phone.
He says very rudely and in an inappropriate manner if you want your
phone take it like this with broken display or pay for it or do
whatever you can.
I asked him this is the way to talk he said if you want your phone
tell me, I dont have time for all this.
I just want to know that is this the way the services are given by
blackberry service centers. I gave my phone in fine condition and they
checked, it might have been their fault in mishandling my handset. I
just want my phone to be in proper condition and repaired under
warranty as for their mistake why should I pay.
Please help me on this asap as I am tired of the misbehavior of the
people at blackberry service centre noida. I tried reaching
1800-425-3720, but cant get through for assistance, so I am mailing my
issue so that correct measures should be taken. Or please tell me if I
need to forward my request to some other concerned department.
