My complaints would be
1, Redington/ Blckberry service team took full time in replacing my battery and provided me a fresh battery (which wasnt fresh by the way) so that my warranty period is expired and i can not claim for replacement of my battery any more.
2, Your runner told me that it is a fresh battery - but it wasnt
3, I was asked to visit your service center 3 times - wherein i was never provided any solution- After waiting for 2 hours inorder to get to know the status of my battery - I was informed battery is out of stock. - Hence wastage of my time.
4, Tried calling Your customer care no 30 times - no response after long waiting.
