My Bluestar split AC 1.5 ton wasn't serviced since I purchased in February. I've made numerous calls to dealer PG Omega Enterprises. They promised to come but never turned up for any free services. Then I called Bluestar customer service and they again send back the request to same dealer

Subsequently, MR Anil Kumar from PG Omega Enterprises called us and was so rude in speaking. He introduced himself as the owner of PG Omega and is so rude that we complained to Bluestar that dealer never turned up. Mr Anil Kumar says since this is a free service he can send the technicians only at his convenience and availability. (he never had availability for 10 months).
It is a Pathetic treatment and service from a dealer. We never expect to such a bottomline service from a owner of a Dealer aliened with reputed firms like Bluestar. When we buy a premium AC, costlier than many other competition a better service is expected. We are on the receiving end so this is your chance to educate dealers about what bad service really is so it doesn't lose out prospective buyers.
Bluestar should make sure that crap dealers and owner like Mr Anil Kumar doesn't spoil a reputed brands like Bluestar.
