I lodge a a complaint on 16th of july against the AC which was purchased 2 week back only (complaint No. B-1207160659 dated 16.07.2012) 5 days has gone nobody even turn to check the problem even after regular follow up with the company's customer care,
I wud request to every one pls dont go for the Blue star product, service after sales is very poor, its really very bad experience with company..
