The problem began when we experienced electrical shock from the washing machine. On complaining to the service centre, Palakkad, a technician attended to the problem. He said that the coil of the spin drter has to be replaced. it has to come from Bangalore. it is almost a month since the complaint has been registered. Till date the coil has not been replaced. They say that it has to come from Bangalore.
Kindly do the needful immediately.
