I have purchased washing machine of Samsung Make from Plugin Aundh Pune, Plug in people confirmed that a person from Samsung will come to you for installation. Nobody from Samsung has turned up since last 15 days for installation. The plug in people has now registered a Sales and its none of their business now.
Please be aware if you are purchasing anything of Samsung make or from plug in Aundh Pune. As its sure that you are not going to get after sales service.
