Service Failure - unexpected SAMSUNG

Samsung phone experiences trouble / switches off/ over heating/ automatic call disconnects.. take time off to visit service center - wait in the queue- log complain and submit the phone on 28th may- got the phone back on 2nd June. They say software is updated and should not cause iany issues. When i start the phone this time .. the trouble is bigger.. i call up 080 32025265 no one answers. Go back to center on 5th june - stand in queue - explain the problem all over again and submit the phone. After numerous calls, follow ups and formal complaints I still have no answers. This has impacted my daily activities big time not to forget data losses. I have asked my friends not to buy samsung phones not because of faulty product (i und'stnd 1 or 2 pcs can be manufacturing defects) but extremely poor service...
