Secret code destroyed

Dear Sir/Madam

This is Pramila today i.e on 13-01 i have purchased bnsl top up of Rs.225/- while scratching

it the secret code has been destroyed as it is old card. Now im unable to top up my mobile.

I need help to top up my mobile as there is no balance in my mobile and it is urgent.
