With out any intimation M-radio (ON MOBILE) pack is activated in my mobile. I already Contact with customer care on last month. But they replied me its not related to BSNL. It being activated by another form.. But they not conform me how to deactivated that. Monthly charges are cutting from my balance amount.. Please do something about this
