ACT 1S calling @ of 1 paisa per second scheme have not been activated

I received a message for activating calling @ of 1 paisa per second. As per the instructions of the promotional message, which i received for the activation of ACT 1S scheme, i have sent message and i have recieved confirmation message also but the s on my mobile number.

My mobile no. is 09405260439.

Please help me in this regard
