Respected Sir,
My name is Vishal Malhotra s/o Sh. Vinod Malhotra from Yamunanagar (Haryana) PIN CODE:-135001. I am customer of BSNL MOBILE SERVICE HARYANA having no. 9416352410.The service provider has deducted my balance regularly from last few months. The deduction amount is Seventy Eight rupee. I have also submitted the complain to the service provider but they do not give any appropriate answer. They told me that I have activated few services one for internet and another for news which I never did. They provided me with few complaint numbers but nothing happened with the complaints. One the agent from customer care told me that I would get my balance within few days but later when I called again they told that there was no call from me for getting any money back
This is extremely frustrating that government companies also deduct money unnecessarily from customer's account.
This is really pathetic.
Can u please help in this regards.
