After recharge no benefits

I am anklesh vishwakarma.

i am useing 3g bsnl sim card.

i recharge my card with 3g data plan of 249/- frm my internet bank a/c.

transaction is successfully complete bt my data plan won't activated yet.

cc person also register my complain bt its more than 17 days and my problem is nt solve yet.

my complain reg no. is - D011400436

my transaction id. is - 305291390.

hope my problem get solve as soon as possible.
