Non functioning of telephone for 1 month

Dear Sirs,

This is to bring to your kind notice that above telephone no is not working since 7 dec 10.Our repeated visits to mahanagar exchange and meeting with Sri S Ram DE have not yielded any results.

Kindly ensure that this telephone is repaired as soon as possible and proper discount is reflected in the bill for this period. The telephone is dead from 7dec 10 till date except for on25 when it was fonctional for one day.
