To day in the evening of 28.02.10, I lost my mobile with SIM No- 9431012153, while doing marketing around Kankerbagh Tempo stand/Mandir.

Immediately, I informed Kankerbagh Police Station.

I want to have a duplicate SIM.

Please let me know whether contact no stored in the lost SIM can be retrieved or not when new/Duplicate SIM will be issued.

I have made some advance payment against my mobile no.

Please let me know what should I do to get the new SIM and whether number stored in the SIM and Balance available with the no would be retrieved or not?
