Poor customer service and false information

I am user of TataIndicom Prepaid Mobile No 9213910076. I have been trying to use the welcome tune service of the same. Though the call charges on 12800, as they say is 10p/sec for prepaid users, but its actually not so. While calling I realised that I am not receiving the voice properly I disconnected the call in 5 seconds, and Rs 6.00 got deducted from my balance.

Tata Indicom Customer Service is just dumb. I have made thousand calls to the customer center on 1st and 2nd january and every time it gets disconnected by no reasons.

I am fed up with this service and since customer care is not responding I am not even able to unsubscribe from this service.
