Wrong deduction of money from account

I hav been charged rs 30 for the chat services which i had not applied for. u can also check my account details .this is my ii complaint in this month i hav been charged unnecessarily for it from 51819030

customer care is not responding to it pls its a request resolve my problem as fast as possible. pls i again request u to resolve it as fast as possible
