I purchased a wll usb (nic) port on Date: 07/02. after a month, it stoped working for some reason. so i asked for a new replacement.i was told that WLL (NIC) port was not in the stock u need to wait. After eight months of waiting, still the usb port was not made avilable.

so after that i was given a laptop slot EC321 NIC (PCMCIA) port in relplacement. the slot which was given to me was of old manufacturing and was not suitable for my laptop configuration. still it was given to me, and i was told that their is a adapter for this slot which can be used for the altertion and for the configuration for my laptop. My laptop is a ACER, and model is aspire 4520 AMD 64x2 processor. then i again approch the BSNL office that his instrument is not does not suits my laptop configuration, so kindly change the instrument of refund me the money. Neither of which was given to me.

As i am a M.B.A student a reqiure net for my curiculluim activites.

i approach to the higher athourities but they also fail to justify my problem and give a definte soluition to my problems. And when told to go to the court or consumer forum, they were like not a problem lakhs of cases are pending in the court and it would your's to in that bunch of papers.
