Unnecessary deduction of main balance

On every alternate days, the company is deducting balance from my cell. When I complain they just give me a complaint number of which verification does not completes and action is not taken. Everytime they tell me to wait. I have lodged 3 complaints. The complaints numbers are 3954983, 3954713, 3929353. I have been cheated by Rs. 12 in 3 installments. Kindly help me to get out of this problem. The problem has started since May.
