I had purchased Canon Power shot A550 camera for my architect wife to suit her busy schedule on sites and interior works. However, despite putting new batteries the message comes is "change the battery". To this company says to bring the camera to their far flung authorized service centre, which is both expensive as well as time consuming. The company should have given its own so called comaptible cells a a package. My contention is to arrange to pick up the same from the shop I purchased in my local area. Will this great great camera company would listen?
