Sim card rejectet show

I am using airtel connection, my sim is blocked by mistake. now its show sim card rejected. Please help me out. my mobile number is 9871800664.I was visit at airtel outlet in near my home (moti nagar in delhi) but no response from your side. I telecommunication with your customer care no & reply is contact your near outlet & isue dublicate sim but outlet excutive says sim is not available of my no. so please help me what i do
