I purchased an Split A.C 1.5 ton K-Seris from Oversease Aircon company, Patna in 2005.Three months back my inner unit autoswing flap got broken during service. Thus I ordered a new flap to oversease Aircon Company. They Delayed me for two months. Then i contacted in totline to MR.Aurovendam at calcutta through the tollfree number and to patna Carrier office at adharshila complex to Mr.shisher.they both delayed me for one months, saying that soon we will supply you the spare parts. After a long wait i made a complaint on 05/11 at the tollfree number.the next day some company man contacted me and took the details.i told him to send your service man along with the flap.today 12/11 two people visited my place without the flap saying that they want to see the flap.i told him you should have come along with the flap according to my complaint.they said OK but the main service engineer called me-up and told me to pay their people a sum of Rs.350/ as their visit charge.i told him that the work is not done as they havent bought the flap.then they argued that the model is closed and you wont get the flap.i said i will talk to the tollfree line.the head service engineer started argueing me that you have to pay 350/.they were from oversease aircon company, patna.the service engeniner started busing me on the phone that they will see me.
