Complaint on celcon software

I have sold CELKONC9 mobile on november 11. It was suddenly hanged.

I tried many types solve the prob but no result. it always shows loading loading...

and also before this prob this mob PC suite also not working to connect internet on PC to MOBILE via

Blue tooth. when i sold it. i have many problems on it.many software problems. that"s why i came to do complaint.

please update the solutions on CELKON Website.
