I purchased Voltas Split AC from M/s. Reliance Digital, Anna Nagar, Chennai on 07 02 2012. After three months, only air was coming and it was not cooling. I made a complaint with so much of patience to their phone nos 18004254555 and 18002664555 (as they are always engaged, we will not get these nos. easily) on 17 05 2012. After that I followed it up continuously without any response. When I repeatedly tried they gave me the complaint no. second time as 12 MY 2206022 (I did not not note down the complaint no. at the first instance. The machine was not repaired even though their customer service executives Shivani, Biswas, Rakesh, Rahul, Dilip and Sushil promised that it will be attended to immediately the next day itself. I also made a complaint through SMS to no. 56677on 23 05 2012 and 29 05 for which there was an instant reply saying that their executive will visit in the next 60 minutes. That never happened even after four days. Manwhile I made a complaint to M/s. Reliance Digital, Anna Nagar, Chennai also and after several repeated calls, two mechanics came and told that there was leakage of gas and it has to be refilled. The also said that as it is not their work some body else will come and fill the gas. Again I started contacting M/s. Reliance Digital, Anna Nagar, Chennai on their mobile no. 9566272260 by having the same experience of not getting the no. easily and Miss Deepa and Miss Iftar profusely regretting the position and promising that their Mechanic Mr Murugesan or Sridhar will visit and do the needful within the next few hours, telling the same thing repeatedly for three days. Till now, I am unable to use the AC and during this peak summer any body can understand my position. I was deceived by the brand name of Voltas and decided not to purchase any consumer item from Voltas or from TATAS.
Can any body help me what to do?
