WhirlPool Washing Machine White Magic
Failure in 9 months of Purchase

I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine Model WM - F65 on 1-1 (Date of Manufacture by the Company was 16-11) in Trivandrum. On 14-10-07 white magic has failed in warranty period and now makes hell of a noise while on. I logdged complaint to Service centre, Trivandrum. They checked WM and told that its PCB has gone bad. This PCB failures in White Magice Model of Whirlpool reported by so many customers indicate Company needs to address this Control PCB failure rate MTBF . Poor washing machine!
