Damaged item with wrong stand

I received the delivery of a defected refridgerator on 18/04/08. On reporting the showroom 'Lotus' at Indore about it, they asked us to select some other model as the demanded one was not in the stock. We compromised with some other model anyhow but they deliverd it on 22/04/08 at 10:30 pm. With this new piece a new problem was attached. The stand-cum-basket was of other color. On complaining again they asked us to bring the heavy basket to the showroom and exchange. This is very troublesome and not the job of the customer. We requested them to send on their own but every day they are delaying the delivery. This stops u to purchase any product from them in future. Suggest me what to do if they don't deliver the product.
