WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,

I have bought 1 ton split AC on 20.08. der is no cooling in my AC for the past two weeks. I registerd a complaint twice, complaint nos are: rna110505000120 & rna110509050577 . but till now my problem is not solved and i make follow up also everyday, they said 'sorry for the inconvenience ur problem will solve within two days' & they give local servicve centre nos 9840950646, 9884717054 & 9176995675, i tried all these nos, two nos are ringing and no der is no reply, I caught 1no (9884717054) on line, she said definetly we will replace the compressor tomorrow, but next day itself shes not picking my call.

one person came for service on 09.05.11 after checked everthing he said will replace the compressor tomorow, and he removed the screws but he didnt fix it also, but till now der is no reponse from lg, day by day i registerd a complaint also at 1800180999.

LG is a very big and trusted company, Im not expected this type of customer service from LG, I request you to kindly take care of my issue and replace my AC immediately...
