Compressor taken for service but not yet returned back

Dear sir,

I have LG split AC 1ton in my house. In May month there is some issue with the AC and not functioning at all. We complained to the LG customer care. They checked and said that there is some fault with the compressor. Again after 1 week compressor technicians came home and taken up for service in June 14. After that there is no response from the person. More than 45 days gone but still the issue has not been fixed by the team.

When i talked with phone after trying 4 or times he will pick the phone and tell that they will come within 2 days and cut the call immediately.

We request you to take immediate action on this since we are badly affected for choosing LG AC service. Please maintain the trust which the customers have with you.
