Cooler swing system not working from purchase day

I have purchased one cooler in month of June from one of your dealer named rama electronics situated at Kidwai nagar depo in kanpur city. the day cooler came to our home its swing was not working. same time we have made complaint to dealer shop he said ok we will send one person next day to rectify your problem. one person came and tried to solve it but cudnt. then agn we made complaint many time to dealer shop as well to customer care phone number given by dealer but till now we did not get any response from anywhere. is this is what usha company is selling its product. this is the way to treat its customer that no one is listening.
