No solution till date

I purchased Coolpad E230 RSN/ESN Number rephsc010000636 from Reliance World Sector 18 vide Invoice No.17009140430 dated 03.01.2012 and found not working properly its touchscreen deposited on 18.06.2012 at Ambe electronis, Sector-18 Noida on 18.06.2012 vide job sheet No.2989 but till date no solution is got done. I also talked so many times to its Delhi Office Executive Shri Kuldip M-9311297711 & 9320223362.

Whether there is any authority who can here the grieveance of the customers to save such type of arrogant company. I have already submit the compaints on this site on 06.07.2012 but no response till date I received.
