Poor set

I purchase cool pad 2938, mobile in month of Nov.2010 from reliance web world.it was my very sad day in my life, because i never wasted my hard money like this. i got cheated because of not that it has no feature in compare to cost, network is biggest problem, worst thing is that where to contact for service, no one is ready to guide, if i want to sell it, no one is ready to take even on half price.if i get help from this comment, i will be very thankfull to you.if some is ready to take this hand set, i will purchase once again LG handset which i used since 10year.i dont have word to say to reliance mobile, why they are keeping such a company mobile handset to cheat custmor, we believed on reliance not, cool pad
