I purchased CoolPad mobile handset from Reliance Webword on 17th November. After 4 days the speaker had a problem. I gave the mobile to the service center to find out the problem on 3rd December. Service center people told Mother Board is a problem. They said they have sent a request to the company for the mother board. When enquired with the service center they told they are yet to recieve the mother board. I don't know what kind of service the mobile company is offering to the public.
