Dear Mr. Ratan Tata,
This is with reference to SAMSUNG WACHING machine bought by us around 1 and a half month back. The machine started giving problems from the 1st day itself.
There was water leakage, the clothes did not get dry effectively. We lodged a complain and Samsung representative attended it and repaired the machine he told us it is working fine now but if this comes again then you can ask for a REPLACEMENT of the machine as it might be MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
This problem again started coming and we called up CROMA but instead of listening to customer's complaint they told us that we will have to talk to SAMSUNG.
We then talked to SAMSUNG but they told us they will call back but have not call back again. We are now in a soup as the dealer says you go to manufacturer and manufacturer does not respond.
We purchased the machine from CROMA so they should effectively replace the machine, if we had to purchase it from SAMSUNG we could have directly gone to their showroom. We trusted TATA's brand and considered CROMA in the same league but we find CROMA's customer service to beof very poor quality which does not gel with TATA's image.
I request the following from CROMA on an urgnt basis:
1.Replace the DEFECTIVE machine with a NEW Machine of our choice and check it thoroughly before delivering it.
