On 8th Feb I purchased a Nokia C3 Handset From croma (Indira Nagar) within 10days of Span the key pad color started fading & some other Software problem was arised.
On 19th Feb I visited the dealer & shared my problem & immediate replay was that it ll take 15 days for the rectification, i agreed & handed over the mobile to them.
Final reply was that the color is going because of usage & it can’t be replaced & given back to me.
Finally i launched a complaint in Nokia & those people replaced under warranty.
I need a clarification such a reputed organization can attend customer like that, this is the way to attend & than how cum they told me that it can’t be replaced when i got it replaced.
If croma serving customer like that means it ll definitely lose the trust of customer.
